At SHAY, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase. If you are not completely happy with your selection, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original SHAY gift box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included before sealing the shipping carton.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
